Ensure you have your physical passport book in hand and that it is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date (note: passport cards are not valid for air travel into Mexico). If you need to apply for, or renew your passport book, we recommend doing so as soon as possible, as processing times can take 12 weeks or longer.

As a reminder, our Something Blue Sunset Sail will be on Thursday afternoon, please plan travel accordingly if you would like to join.

We will provide transportation between Cabo Azul Resort and Pelican 17 as well as Los Agaves. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we highly encourage you to join our shuttles by Ubering to Cabo Azul. Please ensure enough time to arrive prior to the shuttle departure.

Helpful Tip

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM. If your flight arrives earlier in the day, we recommend keeping your bathing suit handy and easily accessible in your luggage so you can enjoy the pool while waiting for your room to be ready.

Travel Tips for Cabo

Cabo has one airport—SJD—so be sure to book your flights in and out of there. Please note that Ubers are not allowed to operate to or from the airport. The best option is to pre-book a shuttle or private SUV for a smooth trip directly to and from your hotel. Our preferred vendor is Cabo Airport Shuttle.

Once you’re in the city, Uber is very easy to use, and we’ll also be providing shuttles throughout the weekend to get you to and from the events.

Helpful Tip

After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, you’ll pass through a hall full of people offering taxis and transportation—these are all timeshare presentations. Do not stop. Keep walking until you exit the airport and reach the designated tent number for your pre-booked private car or shuttle.

We will be providing shuttles to and from Cabo Azul Resort for both the Something Blue Sunset Sail and the Wedding Day. All guests, even those not staying at Cabo Azul, are highly encouraged to take the shuttles.

Thursday, December 4, 2025 – Something Blue Sunset Sail

Shuttles will depart Cabo Azul Resort at 3:00 PM (to be confirmed).

Please be in the lobby no later than 2:45 PM to ensure an on-time departure. After the boat, shuttles will return to Cabo Azul Resort with an optional stop in downtown San José del Cabo for guests who wish to explore the Cabo Art Walk or enjoy dinner.

Friday, December 5, 2025 – Wedding Day

Shuttles will depart Cabo Azul Resort at 3:15 PM (to be confirmed).

Please be in the lobby no later than 3:00 PM. Return shuttles will depart Los Agaves after the wedding to take guests back to Cabo Azul Resort.
